TERA WOZNIAK QUALLS, IDI Q.A.
Tera Wozniak Qualls a leading social sector trainer, business development specialist, and growth hacker. Tera co-founded Civicize.Me with Shannon Garrett in 2016 to bring civic leadership acumen to residents in her community. While supporting civic leadership, Tera works as Vice President of Business Development for Tiny Blue Sky, a website and branding agency for small businesses, solopreneurs, and nonprofit organizations. Previously, Tera has worked as a real estate agent, nonprofit consultant, and marketing and communications director for the Johnson Center for Philanthropy at Grand Valley State University.
As a community member, Tera believes in the power of volunteerism for improving communities. For that reason, she has volunteered in various roles in her community and nationally. Her roles include co-chair of MomsBloom, co-founder of YNPN.GR, YNPN National Board, Kids’ Food Basket Expansion Task Force, the Young Nonprofit Professional Network National Board, Independent Sector’s NGen Committee, the League of Women Voters Grand Rapids, Grand Rapids GiveCamp, Project Blueprint Advisory Committee, and The Rapidian Steering Committee.
Tera is co-author of the book The Talent Development Platform: Putting people first in social change organizations. She has been recognized by the prestigious Grand Rapids Business Journal’s 40-Under-40, as an ATHENA Young Professional Award Finalist, and Young Nonprofit Professional of the Year from YNPN Grand Rapids.
