Sheila graduated with a degree in Political Science from Rosemont College. She worked as a legislative secretary to two members of the House of Representatives in Washington, DC. Through the years, she has worked on numerous campaigns both nationally and locally in Maryland, Pennsylvania, Michigan and Georgia, including as campaign manager on five.
