Higher Heights, a rapidly growing national organization is preparing to expand its work and leadership team to harness the organizing power of Black women in 2020 and beyond at the polls and on the ballot. Black women continue to play a pivotal role in America’s democracy and the road to the 2020 elections provides an opportunity to build on Higher Heights' impact to influence elections, elect Black women and advance policies.
Higher Heights is the only national organization exclusively dedicated to harnessing Black women’s collective political power to elect Black women, influence elections and advance progressive policies.
Higher Heights for America, a 501(c)4 organization, and its sister organization Higher Heights Leadership Fund, a 501(c)3, are rapidly growing and expanding their leadership team.
Higher Heights seeks a high-level experienced National Director who will work directly for the Co-Founders and is responsible for a broad range of program objectives to build and strengthen Higher Heights’ political and program strategy.
The position of National Director requires working with key stakeholders at the local, state and national level to set plans and programs that achieve multiple, shared objectives.
